Also known as favouille in the Mediterranean, the green crab is a very interesting bait for fishermen in search of trophy fish. Its main advantage is that it only interests the biggest catches (breams, bass, seabreams) that are not afraid to attack its hard shell. Our crabs are flash frozen live at very low temperatures for maximum efficiency after thawing.
