The razor clam is one of the most versatile and attractive shellfish both in the Atlantic and the Mediterranean. Caught in the North Sea and flash-frozen alive at very low temperatures, their freshness is optimal. They can be used whole with their shell to target the gilt-head bream, as well as shelled (whole or in pieces). Tips: the razor clam's flesh is relatively fragile, binding this bait with very thin elastic thread will optimize its hold on the hook, especially if you need to cast far (surfcasting).
• Storage Duration: 1 to 2 years in the freezer (-18°) • Thawing: In seawater just before baiting • Size: 12cm • Cond: 40-45 pieces on average
