SureKlot™ Spray is a wound irrigation solution offering excellent cleaning and decontaminating abilities, while remaining gentle to the injury site, aiding in the elimination of foreign bodies and dirt. It allows for tissue rehydration and maintaining a moist environment conducive to cellular proliferation. It aids the autolytic debridement process by breaking down the biofilm structure. By decreasing the microbial load and preventing biofilm formation at the wound site, it creates an ideal setting upon which healing agents can act. The SureKlot™ spray provides a genuine active antibacterial barrier due to its positive charge by creating a clear protective layer over the entire wound bed and its edges.
The Protonated Bioadhesive Technology, or PBT™, aims to increase the positive charge of the cationic biopolymer and all the biological properties inherent to Chitosan. This positive charge intake considerably fosters the electrostatic interaction of the PBT™ biopolymer, thereby enhancing its mucoadhesive, haemostatic, anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and healing properties of the PBT™ Chitosan.
This technology allows for the use of SureKlot™ spray in controlling superficial bleedings, as well as for the treatment and healing of fresh, necrotic, and chronic wounds.
This is a new generation of Indian haemostatic devices boasting a revolutionary design PBT Protonated Bioadhesive Technology (2024 Innovation Award in India). These preparations are unique in that they adhere to tissues when necessary and easily detach when their job is done.

- How it works • Rinse the wound with enough SureKlot™ Spray to clean and rinse it. • For highly contaminated wounds: Cover the wound with SureKlot™ Spray for 10 to 15 minutes. • For optimal results, use with SureKlot™ Powder or SureKlot™ Bandage
