The longbill minnow is a
swimming fish that we could place between the
jerkbait and the
crankbait. It is actually a jerkbait but equipped with a very long bib allowing it to swim much deeper. Some models can even evolve more than 9m deep depending on the recovery speed at the reel. The
long bills can be used in cast and retrieve or animated by twitches or jerks. It is a lure that can prove very useful for fishing pits or in reservoir lake. The
longbill minnow can prove to be formidable when perch, zander or pike are found on the bottom or depth.
