The Merger LRF thermal imaging binoculars are designed in the form of classic daytime binoculars and allow comfortable observation with both eyes. They are designed to be used at night or during the day in unfavorable weather conditions (fog, smog, rain) to see through obstacles masking targets (branches, tall grass, thick bushes, etc.). The binoculars do not require an external light source and are not affected by exposure to bright light. The binoculars are equipped with an integrated rangefinder that measures the distance of an object up to 1000 m away. The Merger LRF thermal imaging binoculars are designed for various fields of application including night hunting, observation, precise orientation, rescue operations, etc.
The Merger LRF XP35 sport a classic daytime binoculars design, even though the 35mm model is in a more compact format. These thermal imaging binoculars fit comfortably in the hand, offer an attractive aesthetics, and comfortable grips. The Merger LRF XP35 deliver uncompromising performance in terms of field of view and image quality.
HIGH SENSITIVITY THERMAL IMAGING SENSOR 640 x 480 | EUROPEAN MANUFACTURE AT NETD < 25 mK
The high sensitivity European thermal imaging sensor at NETD < 25 mK captures the slightest temperature differences when observing in low-contrast temperature conditions, and in rain or fog. The resolution of 640x480 pixels guarantees reliable target identification, high-quality visualization of animal anatomical features and the smallest details of the surrounding landscape.
WIDEST FIELD OF VIEW (17.8°) IN ITS CATEGORY
The 640x480 / 17 µm sensor provides a 17.8 degree field of view, the widest in the Merger LRF range. The wide field of view simplifies scanning and detection of hot objects while minimizing image shaking and improving situational awareness. The excellent image detail at baseline zoom level, combined with the wide field of view, ensure improved viewing comfort and scene perception.
PRECISION RANGEFINDER. DISTANCE MEASURE UP TO 1000 M
Knowing the distance to the target is a key factor in making the right decisions. The integrated laser rangefinder, with a range of up to 1 kilometer, allows you to measure distances by single measurements or in continuous scanning mode with an accuracy of ± 1 meter, for quick and error-free evaluation of the situation.
TWO-EYE OBSERVATION COMFORT
The optical design of the Merger LRF binoculars takes into account the nature of human vision. It is natural for a person to receive visual information via two channels simultaneously. Two-eye observation is less fatiguing than with one eye. This results in better detection of small objects and better performance in low-contrast scenarios than with equivalent technical level thermal monocular devices. The inter pupillary distance on the Merger LRF binoculars is adjustable from 62 to 74 mm according to the individual characteristics of the user.
INTEGRATED CAMERA AND PHOTO WITH 16GB INTERNAL MEMORY
The Merger LRF feature an integrated camera. The internal memory can store hours of video and tens of thousands of photos. A simple press of a button is enough to take a picture of an interesting scene or start recording a video. File downloading is easy, via USB-C or via the mobile app.
