The SureKlot™ powder for minor bleeding and wound healing is a bioactive haemostatic solution (100% chitosan PBT™ granules). It works on a unique muco-adhesive mechanism based on the charge that forms a mechanical barrier on the site of bleeding or on the entire surface of external wounds. It stops moderate bleeding from cuts, grazes, lacerations, abrasions, cavitary wounds, capillary bleeding. Finally, the enhanced cationic charge provided by the PBT™ biopolymer also confers strong inherent biological properties of chitosan. SureKlot™ powder offers a real antimicrobial and antibacterial barrier (active barrier by its positive charge). It limits the entry of external bacteria and microbes (muco-adhesion) into the wound site while maintaining a moist environment, conducive to cell proliferation and accelerating wound healing.
The purpose of the protonated bioadhesive technology PBT™ is to increase the positive charge of the cationic biopolymer as well as all the inherent biological properties of Chitosan. Indeed, this contribution of positive charge considerably increases the electrostatic interaction of the PBT™ biopolymer, thus enhancing its mucoadhesive, haemostatic, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and healing properties of the Chitosan PBT™.
This is a new generation of Indian haemostatic device, revolutionary PBT Protonated Bioadhesive Technology design (innovation award 2024 in India). These preparations are unique in that they adhere to tissues when needed and detach easily when their work is done.

- Operation • Open the pouch and take the Powder bottle. • Pour the Powder onto the wound and apply pressure if the wound is bleeding. • Apply a secondary dressing if necessary. • If cavitary wound, fill the cavity with SUREKLOT powder • Possibility to soak the SUREKLOT powder with the SUREKOT SPRAY to make a "gel" that will form an antibacterial and fungicidal barrier by maintaining a moist environment to keep 24H. (2 to 3 applications per day for 5 days) • To remove the product, irrigate it with a large amount of saline solution. • Indications • Open cuts • Superficial wounds • Granular tissue • Persistent granulations and capillary bleeding

Cancellation
Any termination of the T&Cs between the Seller and the customer will result in the termination of the UGCs between Alma and the customer.
