For several years Delalande has been innovating and offering a spinnerbait that is out of the ordinary with flexible frames: The Flex spinner, available in 10gr - 14gr and 21gr.
The interest of this flexibility lies in several key points:
Retrieval speed: The fact that the Flex spinners have two large blades and flexible frames allows it to go into action even at very low speed, which can make a big difference especially when the water is cold and the fish a bit more sluggish.
Better hooking fish ... The flexibility of the frame and the quality hook that make up the Flex spinners allow fish to be better hooked, indeed when they completely "gulp" the lure, it bends and so the hook has no trouble lodging properly in the fish's mouth.
... and less unhooking them! Once well hooked, the fish will be unable to get leverage on the lure as it might with a traditional spinner bait.
Avoiding snagging: Spinner baits being lures initially created to fish in the weeds, the Flex spinner pulls its own once again in this kind of situation as it bends when you pull on it with your rod, which allows it to pass easily through the weeds and to unhook it easily.
A fixed ring: Unlike many traditional spinner baits, the Flex spinner has a fixed eyelet onto which your line can be attached, using a clip for example, which prevents it from sliding along the frame, avoiding untimely tangling.
