Designed for trout fishing in streams and small rivers, the EMISHI 50s is handcrafted in Japan. Its body is covered with a thin sheet of aluminum, with a refraction index giving it a coat with very natural reflections. Quiet, versatile and very easy to use, it swims naturally in a linear way but is particularly responsive to twitches thanks to its flat sides. It then produces a flicker like a panicked fry. Its responsiveness and mobility allows it to be used also for upstream fishing or in areas with low current. Its very characteristic swim is a mix of ultra tight wobbling and rolling. Thanks to its patented balancing system (M.S.W), it casts with surgical precision at a long distance, it never gets unhooked and does not get stuck on the bottom thanks to its bib positioning. The EMISHI 50s is available in a Sinking version: 3.8 g and in a Heavy Sinking version 5.0 g (50s Type 2), they are originally equipped with fine iron hooks to optimize hooking, so it is advised to change the equipment when targeting big fish.
