The Rainshield is a lightweight and foldable waterproof coat. This product encompasses the technology of our waterproof gowns and the lightweight properties of the Stowaway shirt. The result is a low-profile 400 g* waterproof solution.
The Rainshield was reworked in 2019. We have received many excellent feedback over the years from our military, police, and civilian customers. Although its main features have remained the same, many improvements have been made since its predecessor.
The pocket layout has been rethought and simplified for easier use. Two side pockets, a chest pocket with waterproof zippers and garages minimize water infiltration. An internal storm flap offers an additional layer of protection in case of torrential rain and wind. We have also improved the overall fit of the coat, including longer sleeves and better hood coverage.
