Professional knife line with double-molded handle.
The blades are made from special nitrogenated NITRO-B steel (1.4916).
The handle consists of an inner core of non-deformable PP, securely molded to the steel tang, and a softer outer coating of SEBS.
The two materials adhere perfectly to form a single body to the touch.
The outer part, in grey color, is also designed with microspheres that enhance the ergonomics, increasing grip and comfort.
All materials used are non-toxic, sterilizable, dishwasher safe, resistant to high and low temperatures and comply with current regulations regarding food hygiene and safety.
