Professional knife line with double-molded handle.
The blades are made from special nitrogen NITRO-B (1.4916) steel.
The handle is made of a solidly molded, non-deformable PP core on the steel tang, and a softer outer coating of SEBS.
The two materials adhere perfectly to form a single body to the touch.
The gray outer part is also designed with microspheres that improve ergonomics, increasing grip and comfort.
All materials used are non-toxic, sterilizable, dishwasher safe, resistant to high and low temperatures, and comply with current hygiene and food safety regulations.
