Tecna Range Professional knife line with double-molded handle.
The blades are made from special nitrogen NITRO-B steel (1.4916).
The handle consists of a non-deformable PP inner core, firmly molded to the steel tang, and a softer SEBS outer layer.
The two materials adhere perfectly to form a single body to the touch.
The gray outer part is also designed with microspheres that enhance ergonomics by increasing grip and comfort.
All materials used are non-toxic, sterilizable, dishwasher safe, resistant to high and low temperatures, and in compliance with current hygiene and food safety regulations.
