Its thick and rigid 25cm blade is slightly rounded, to slice your food by making a rocking motion.
With this knife, you can slice vegetables and snip herbs with the front of the blade.
The central part of the blade is suitable for soft and hard foods, it is useful for cutting vegetables into cubes or julienne, or cutting a slice of terrine neatly.
Finally, the rear part of the blade, near the handle, allows for more pressure.
It will be very useful for cutting harder vegetables or mincing meat or fish.
