Sakura offers you the Fluorocarbon Leader for making your line leaders. The line is a critical link in the chain that connects you to the fish and will allow you to reach, or not, Nirvana!
The Fluorocarbon Leader is an essential element in the creation of a line leader for sea fishing. Made from 100% PVDF fluorocarbon, the Sakura Fluorocarbon Leader combines invisibility and abrasion resistance to reduce breakage from friction on fish teeth or contact with obstacles.
These features of the Fluorocarbon Leader allow you to significantly reduce the risks of breaking and to present your lures as best as possible in clear waters, by keeping them away from the more opaque and visible braid. Specifically designed for the production of line leaders, in sea and fresh water for pike and other predators, the Fluorocarbon Leader is transparent to avoid arousing the suspicion of predators under intense light and clarity conditions.
For pike fishing, 65.56 and 107 lb Fluorocarbon Leader gauges will be suitable and will provide good cut resistance. For finer fishing but where the spots are crowded, smaller diameters will work perfectly (Bass, Bar, etc.).
