As its name indicates, this casting reel is as strong as an ox. With a 12 kg brake, this reel can stop any predator. The Spro Ox reel was built with a rattle at the brake level which is unique for a casting reel. The Ox has a ratio of 5.3.1 and an oversized handle which makes it comfortable to use with "bigbaits" type lures. Note that this model still benefits from a fairly quick ratio allowing to cover a maximum of ground in a short time.
