Very slow to sink = when the trout are stationary at the surface These systems, which were developed in Italy, are specifically for fishing at shorter and middle distances. As with the sbirolino, a leader with a tied hook is hooked into the swivel. After casting the bait (e.g. bee maggots) is slowly drawn in while the tip of the rode constantly twitches.
