On the cusp of its twentieth year, ILLEX has lost none of its DNA and marks the return to the catalogue of the NITRO range. This new series of rods specifically dedicated to the pursuit of marine predators, from the shore or embarked (boat or kayak), continues the DNA of the brand from its inception. Composed of eight new models covering all sea fishing techniques, with hard lures, soft lures or jigging. No concessions have been made on quality, all rods benefiting from top-of-the-range components rigorously selected: High modulus Japanese TORAY Blank, Alconite rings and FUJI reel seats combined with high-density EVA foam. The fishing performances are associated with a sleek and uncluttered cosmetic appearance. Technical and accomplished, the NITRO range has been designed and developed for the specific needs of our European sea fishermen.
The NITRO S 215 M-MH Kayak Edition wants to be the versatile rod par excellence for all sea fishing in a kayak or even SUP Paddle. The ILLEX sea team has developed this foil to meet the specific expectations of these demanding fishermen. Light, audible and tactile, its length of 2.15m will allow you to approach positions from a distance with discretion and precision while controlling your lures. Its fast action allows the use of swimbait type stickbaits (Bonnie series, Clyde Mud Sucker 110, Chatterbeast 90 and 110), subsurface stickbaits (Water Monitor series, Stream Ripper 75 and 90), Jerkbait Minnow (Arnaud series, Rerange series, Squad Minnow 95 SP, MagSquad 115 F and 128 SP), Longbill Minnow (DD Squirrel 79 SP, Super DD Squirrel 79 SP and DD Arnaud 100 SP) but also Blade Baits (Runnner Blade 90) and also makes the NITRO S 215 M-MH Kayak Edition an ideal rod for soft lure fishing techniques that require precision and sensitivity. This rod is associated with the latest generation of FUJI components. FUJI Alconite 'K' rings to eradicate any risk of your line getting entangled in the rings during casting, whatever the conditions encountered. The design of the butt has been thought out for secure retention in your rod holder, the VSS reel seat will provide comfort and optimal grip throughout your fishing session! This rod is supplied with a screen-printed cover.
