After more than three years of development and field testing, Lunker City is coming back to the forefront with a true little gem: the GRUBSTER. Don't be fooled by its dimensions. Despite its 7 cm, this lure can make the biggest fish move. The large body size compared to its size gives it the appearance of a juicy prey that will serve as a treat for any predator!
Inheriting the round flapper from the legendary SHAKER, this shad also takes the ringed tail of the RIBSTER. Results: the beats of this paddle have a very high frequency, even with minimalist animations and the extreme flexibility of its tail will allow its use with all types of leaded heads, even in the lower weights.
The "round" profile of the body will oscillate on its axis in an impressive rolling and will displace a lot of water. The rings will further enhance the impression of a meaty prey and will reflect attractive vibrations that predators will feel thanks to their lateral line.
We recommend using it for slow and light fishing with micro leaded heads such as the Dart Lunker City or the Mid Special Plus ODZ. Handled gently for zander by skimming the bottom, with a dead bait swimming technique or retrieved just below the water film for black bass, perch and even pike, the Grubster will impress you with its ability to convince the most reluctant fish that are often the biggest!
