The Salty Core Tube also combines the use of two different types of plastics thanks to Keitech's development of a new process. The inner part is made of a hard plastic that is not very salty, while the outer part is very salty and made of a very soft plastic. The Salty Core Tube is unlike any traditional tube as its body is solid unlike all other tubes, and its density in weightless makes it sink at the perfect speed. It is also one of the only lures on the market capable of moving backwards in a short distance provided that enough slack is left in the line. When mounted upside down (tentacles near the eyelet), the Salty Core Tube triggers the frenzy of perches and the aggression of pikes. The Salty Core Stick contains natural squid flavors directly compiles into the mass.
