The DRAG SPIN is a sinking pencil bait (slow sinking) embellished with a spinner and able to fish in very low water. It is perfect for eliciting fish hidden in the weeds of hyper shallow areas (tail of the pond, heavy plant cover, etc.). It sinks slowly, flat, which allows time after contact on the water to retrieve it without it quickly diving, head first, into the weeds. It is used in continuous retrieval and swims at all speeds. Of course, you can intersperse pauses in your retrieval to trigger an attack. Hold the rod well during these pauses! It has two pull rings. The one at the mouth level allows it to evolve and maintain in very low water and/or at very low speed; or conversely to make ultra-fast retrievals. The frontal ring allows the lure to keep the water layer longer in which you make it evolve. This position is ideal for slow full water fishing, deeper, where you will make it swim at the desired height by placing a clip weight (Gunki Clip Weight) on the belly (at the level of the first triple). But the biggest advantage of this design with two rings is to be able to change the "shallow" mode of this lure into a model suitable for deep explorations (fish on the breakage, near the bottom, etc. All you have to do is put a clip weight on the mouth ring and attach it to your line via the frontal ring. It will then tilt sharply on the release phases and turn into a perfect reaction lure for fishing in traction as you would do with your spinner shads. With the difference that you can adjust the descent speed of your lure (depending on the weight of the clipped lead) and that it will be much more resistant to the multiple catches you will make with it! A versatile lure par excellence. Adaptable to the positioning of pike according to the seasons and positions.
