ZENAQ has put all its experience, a whopping 60 years of rod manufacturing, at the service of this new series of casting rods called TOBIZO. The brand new TORAY T1100G carbon has been used to give these rods the maximum potential. The greatest asset of this TOBIZO rod series lies in its long-distance casting. Imagine you could throw 10m further, and if you cast 100 times, that's a significant difference of 1 km. With a TOBIZO, not only will you throw further, but you will only need to use 80% of your physical abilities, you will therefore also be able to cast longer and ultimately you will catch more fish. Long distance and lifting power are usually incompatible.
A very stiff rod does not give you more strength to fight a big fish as it will not absorb the pressure put on by the fish, this pressure will directly affect your body. The lifting power of a rod is therefore not linked to its stiffness but to the elasticity that will allow you to easily give power to the rod which will in turn lift the fish. With its wide weight range of 40 to 110g and its blank fitted with an RG ring guide, the TC80-80G produces very long distance casts and offers you perfect control of your lure actions while delivering significant lifting power. This rod will face all situations and will be your ideal partner for targeting fish from 7 to 20kg, yellow tunas, jacks, tarpons, red carps...
TC86-110G Tuna Game The TC86-110G casts the furthest of all the TOBIZO rods. You will be able to test the TOBIZO concept with it: "cast further than ever". This rod reveals its full potential with lures weighing around 110g and is specifically designed for tuna fishermen. In addition to its very high casting performances, the elasticity and strong resilience of its blank can stop a tuna's furious runs and then fight it back with a high lifting power. This rod represents the perfect blend between ZENAQ's know-how and the performance of the latest TORAY T1100G carbon. The TC86-110G is perfect for targeting fish between 15 and 60kg, tunas, GT, red carps, tarpons.
TC83-150G Tuna and GT The best potential of this super TORAY T1100G carbon blank is revealed in this TOBIZO TC83-150G thanks to ZENAQ's know-how. Perfectly balanced, this rod reduces the sensation of weight and therefore the resulting fatigue. The TC83-150 will significantly increase your ability to fish which often makes the difference on a fishing trip. This rod is ideal for targeting fish between 20 and 80kg such as tunas or GT.
TC80-200G GT The TC80-200G is the most powerful rod in the TOBIZO series, it is intended for fishermen targeting the biggest tunas and GT.
