The PENN Carnage rod series is a specially designed series for all sea fishermen in Europe who want the best rods on the market. The Popping series consists of 2 models specially designed for surface fishing, tuna in France or pollock in Scandinavian countries. You can also use them for your tropical fishing, in search of red carp, jacks, vivano etc...
