The Lazer Trokar range was introduced by the company in 2009, and was presented as the world's first hooks created with the Surgically Sharpened Technology concept. These patents are based on the same technology as some medical supplies (the top of innovation!). Just at first glance you will notice that the triangular-shaped point leaves nothing to chance when it comes to penetrating the hook at the strike. Tests have shown that depending on the hooks studied, a weight between 140 and 100 grams was needed for a point to penetrate a given material, whereas only 60 grams are needed for the point of a Tro Kar hook to penetrate.
