Line of professional knives with double-molded handle.

The blades are made of special NITRO-B nitrogen steel (1.4916).

The handle consists of an indeformable PP inner core, firmly molded to the steel tang, and a softer SEBS outer coating.

Both materials adhere perfectly to form a single body to the touch.

The outer part, gray in color, is also designed with microspheres that enhance ergonomics, increasing grip and comfort.

All materials used are non-toxic, sterilizable, dishwasher safe, resistant to high and low temperatures and comply with current hygienic and food safety regulations.
