At CC Moore, we firmly believe that the quality of meals impacts the effectiveness of boilies. Our mixes are made from high-quality, digestible and naturally attractive ingredients. These ingredients have proven to be much more effective than poor quality and inexpensive flours. These types of meal often need to be "masked" by flavors and colors in order to make them attractive enough for the fish.
While our baits are, no doubt, softer than many other boilies on the market, we see this as an important indication of the digestibility, solubility and natural attraction properties of our baits. In the manufacture of boilies, the significant integration of soluble ingredients tends to reduce the bitterness of boilies (unless high levels of binders are used), but also increases the attractiveness and digestibility of these baits.
If the ingredients are semi or fully soluble in water, not only do they break down by sending powerful olfactory signals to the fish, but they are also much easier for carp to digest. A boilie that is partially soluble in water is already very digestible, but adding enzymes through predigested ingredients makes our baits even more digestible.
By using combinations of predigested ingredients (such as milk proteins, vegetable proteins, meat proteins, eggs, fish and crustacean meals), our baits can become, in the long run, a source of essential nutritional elements, in amino acid and enzymes for the fish. With the fairly high integration of natural extracts and certain exclusive ingredients to CC Moore & Co Ltd, our mixes are truly different from others and the carps will have baits that they have never seen before. If you fish with these baits, you can be sure of the quality of your bait.
