The Pencil Bait 65 is a topwater lure available in two different versions. The 65F model is floating, easy to use in "walking the dog" animation (right/left) by short and dry pulls for surface prospecting. It is equipped with rattle that emits a high-pitched sound. The 65SS model for Slow-Sinking has a sinking density: it sinks slowly. It can be animated like the floating model by taking short pauses to let it descend into the water layer to decide the following predators.
