The PENN Carnage rod series is a series specifically designed for all sea fishermen in Europe who want the best rods on the market. These two models are specially developed for Halibut fishing. The bites of these fish are known to be very furtive, hence the importance of having a very sensitive tip action. However, the blank must provide a great power reserve in order to properly fight these record size fish.
