Even though it's a high model, made of leather, the Forest Hunter High GTX shoes only weigh 780 grams each. A bit wider than average, they have a shaft height of 25 cm. They were designed to be quite wide at the front of the foot, making them very comfortable but also perfect in cold weather as they provide enough room to wiggle one's toes, even with thick insulating socks.

The Forest Hunter High GTX shoes are equipped with a GORE-TEX MS Advanced waterproof membrane made of recycled materials. During its manufacture, each of our membranes is pool-tested to guarantee its waterproofness. Also, 5% of the shoes we produce undergo a 30-minute centrifuge test to ensure that the quality of their membrane is as high as possible.

These shoes combine a nubuck upper and semi-rigid Vibram® quality soles, ensuring good ground grip. They also have a shock-absorbing midsole, for comfort even during long walks on very uneven terrain. These very robust shoes are very flexible at the front of the foot and heel, which makes them very pleasant to wear. They are reinforced with very resistant material at the toes and heel, where most wear is generally observed.
