The CATANA DX Trolling Lite is designed for trolling with live bait and small lures. It is available in four strengths, from 6 to 20 pounds. The carbon blank is remarkably thin, very sensitive and retains the required power for fighting fish, with a parabolic action to compensate for the use of light lines. The Seaguide stainless steel rings are "spiral mounted" on the blank. This configuration, significantly different from that of a traditional assembly, makes the line pass from the top of the rod at the level of the base ring to the bottom of the rod passing through the fighting section. This results in better line circulation and a purer fighting action. A lightweight aluminium reel seat completes the EVA foregrip and ensures maximum comfort and safety when fighting big fish.
