The Riser Bait 008 is a compact lure of the pencil bait type of a new kind. This original creation is innovative due to the inclination of its metal bib. It gives it an erratic swimming on the surface or under the film of water perfectly reproducing the escape of a bait fish. Its optimal animation requires only linear recovery by the simple fact of reeling. A fast recovery will bring your lure to the surface while a slower and controlled recovery will allow it to be presented under the surface. Mainly intended for seabass fishing in Japan, the first element of research related to the development of the RISER BAIT range was to reproduce the escape of a prey to the surface. During tests, we found that the majority of strikes occurred when the lure rose to the surface.

The size (80mm) of the Riser Bait differs by its dorsal attachment point in order to arrange its rigging which allows to fish as close as possible to the weeds and obstacles minimizing the risks of hooking the lure. All of its characteristics make it a lure of choice to trigger the attack of all our favorite predators (asp, perch, seabass, bonito, black-bass, pike, baby tarpons, ...). Its aerodynamic shape is a real asset when conditions are difficult with strong winds and when you need to easily reach distant hunts. It will quickly become a must-have for all your precise long distance fishing from the shore as well as by boat, in freshwater as well as at sea. Equipped with OWNER ST 41 treble hooks.
