The Shakespeare SALT XT Bass is designed to give anglers the maximum feel and bite detection whilst using a super slim and light blank for prolonged fishing comfort. The high quality carbon blank has a fast taper and the power flow is designed so that you can react as quickly as possible to a bite to achieve a higher strike rate. Due to the casting weight of 2 to 4 oz and the length of 11 feet 6, the rod is perfect for estuary and bank fishing. To guarantee maximum casting properties, the rod is equipped with a retractable X-wrap non-slip tip and a rubber heel to make long fishing sessions as comfortable as possible. Moreover, thanks to the special K-type SW Proof rings, the line can no longer get tangled around the rings, thus preventing knots or breakages. • High quality thin carbon blank • Special K SW Proof rings • Light and responsive blank with sensitive tip for perfect bite registration • X-Shrink wrap handle • High quality DPS reel seat
