This latest generation of egi created by Yo-Zuri combines a large number of unprecedented technological innovations.

• Rattles:
Much like a swimbait, this jig is equipped with rattles. Japanese scientific studies have proven that cephalopods are attracted to sound waves produced at certain frequencies. The high pitched sound of the small steel beads in the Pata Pata Q Rattle corresponds perfectly to these wavelengths by reproducing the crystalline sound produced by shrimp in the water.

• Side fins:
Rather than using traditional feathers, Yo-Zuri designed the Pata Pata Q's side fins in silicone. By creating micro-vibrations with the slightest movement or current, they attract cephalopods over long distances. As UVs are visible to cephalopods, they have also been treated to respond to this light spectrum.

• Ultra streamlined body:
The profile of the Yo-Zuri Pata Pata Q has been laterally refined at the head for better hydrodynamics. Result: the jerk resistance has been reduced by 8%. This egi is thus easier to handle in bichi bachi and its jerks are even faster.

• Bumper shield rod:
The shield rod located on the weight acts like a bumper and protects the weight. It also limits snags on rocks by causing the Pata Pata Q to bounce off the rocks.

• Anti-snag weighting:
The specific shape of the Pata Pata Q's weighting was specifically designed to accentuate 3D jerks while limiting snags.
