The Dexter Eel 210 is a soft, eel-like lure designed for hunting large predators. It incorporates some of the features of the Dexter shad, notably its both soft and resistant gum, flavored throughout with the "Nitro Booster" crustacean attractant. It can be rigged and used in multiple ways (jig heads, offset wide gape hooks for texas or weightless rigs). The swimming action of the Dexter Eel was designed to provide an alternative to large soft shad-type lures. The low-frequency waves emitted by the Dexter Eel are sensed from afar by the predator's lateral line, but do not arouse their suspicion. Brought back in a linear manner, it can be cranked quickly without detaching to cover ground. At very low retrieval speed, it already comes to life allowing the animation to slow down when passing over a marked holding area. This is also an advantage to trigger the attack of old fish that see it as a slow and easy prey. Originally designed for pike specimen hunting, it also demonstrated during tests great performance on large catfish but also on wreck fishing at sea on the pollock.
