The Zig line is perfect for crafting long lines for Zig fishing. It is also perfect for float fishing. It has low elasticity, which is crucial for hooking fish when zig fishing or on the surface. It has a low diameter / strength ratio with 0.22 mm for a 7 lbs line: 0.25mm for 9lb; and the 11lb is 0.28mm. Its small diameter makes it almost invisible to fish in open water or on the surface. Its invisibility is enhanced by its green color and its camouflage properties. The Zig line remains a very strong line with high knot resistance. The Palomar knot and the knotless knot are perfect with this line. Spool of 100m.
