The second generation PENN Fanthom II reel with star drag (Star Drag) is equipped with a rigid metal frame and side plates, now with additional features to make it more attractive than ever for line fishing. Featuring a quick access side plate to the gear, any fisherman can quickly and efficiently maintain his equipment and its famous HT-100 brake system. The Live Spindle function from PENN allows to minimize frictions and thus facilitate long distance launches thanks to its spool and axle that rotate separately.
