The Folding Tool is a split ring pliers and a very sharp braid cutter, with a difference. First of all, it folds up into a handy pouch to attach to a belt or a bag. In the handle there are many tools, 13 in total! In pliers mode, the handle is spring-mounted, making it very easy and comfortable to use.
