Le Whisker est un nouveau venu dans la gamme des moulinets longue distance Daiwa. Ce produit rassemble tout ce qu'un pêcheur de carpe exigeant attend d'un moulinet tout terrain pour les différentes approches des pêches à la carpe. Le corps en composite DS 4 accueil un rotor léger mais rigide en composite Zaïon V. La manivelle est repliable pour favoriser le rangement dans les housses de transport. Le frein avant QD a été retravaillé pour en améliorer la progressivité. Le moulinet est livré avec deux bobines supplémenataires dont une est pourvue d'une capacité de 530 m de 35/100 afin de stocker suffisament de ligne pour la pêche en très grand plan d'eau en dépose.
