Perfect for experienced hikers as well as beginners! The Abisko Trekking 3L men's jacket is a 3-layer jacket designed for seasoned hikers. It features 4-way stretch for better mobility and exceptional breathability. The jacket is equipped with a highly breathable membrane that makes it windproof and waterproof. It also comes with sealed seams and hydrophobic zippers to protect you from rain and bad weather. This jacket is not only stylish and lightweight, but it also has side ventilation zippers that can be opened to increase air circulation and provide cooling during high activity levels. The cuffs and bottom of the jacket can be tightened using drawstrings and Velcro closures to prevent moisture and cold from penetrating. The hood brim is reinforced to protect from rain and can be adjusted with a drawstring. The jacket features strategically placed front pockets that won't interfere with the straps of your backpack. The high-placed pockets are also easily accessible when the backpack belt is in use. In addition, it has two chest pockets and an inner pocket, all equipped with zippers to securely store keys or a phone.
One of the notable features is the integrated RECCO® reflector, a rescue technology used by organized rescue teams to quickly locate missing persons in the wild or buried in an avalanche. The reflector can be seen as an antenna that constantly accompanies you, without battery or activation. Rescue teams use a RECCO® detector that emits a signal. When this signal hits the reflector, it bounces back, allowing the reflector's position to be located.
