The Marvelist rods, developed in close collaboration with former World Match Fishing Champion Tommy Pickering, are available in Light and Medium actions to suit a wide range of float fishing conditions. Fitted with minima type rings, the 40T carbon blanks are perfectly balanced, slim, and light, yet sturdy enough to take lines from 2.5 to 4LB+ (0.12 to 0.18 mm). The rods have a stiff, lively action with minimal rebound for exceptional line and float control. Plus, the soft tip acts like a shock absorber, minimizing the risk of hook pull out and allowing anglers to confidently use smaller hook sizes.
