The Nazcat II Wide GTX is a classic trekking shoe for multi-day trips and hikes. This Wide version, offering more space at the forefoot, features a sturdy nubuck leather upper and a waterproof, breathable GORE-TEX membrane.

Anyone who has done long-term trekking knows that less is more. This is exactly the ethos embodied by the Nazcat II Wide GTX. It has everything a good trekking shoe needs - nothing more, nothing less - to accompany you on a trek of several days or several weeks. This classic, timeless shoe would be perfect for long hikes, such as the Fjällräven Classic in Sweden. The HANWAG Wide last has a standard heel section, but it's wider at the forefoot and the footbed - designed for people who find standard models too narrow. Its one-piece leather upper, made of robust, high-quality nubuck, features fewer seams, making it especially resistant to dirt and easy to care for - ideal for long hikes. This updated version features a more flexible cuff at the ankle and a sturdy fabric instep. For weather protection, there's a waterproof, breathable GORE-TEX membrane. And on varied and rugged terrains like the Swedish hiking trail "Kungsleden", the Vibram Fuoraska sole, with its 6.5mm tread depth and pronounced heel, offers excellent grip and good traction.
