Power Thread XLarge made from technical polymer with an extremely high breaking strain compared to its diameter. Up to ten times greater than that of steel of the same diameter. It is suitable for tying large streamers that require an almost indestructible thread that allows all kinds of operations, both for body construction and for head knots. Thanks to its calibrated twist, the fibres remain well connected while remaining flat and smooth, creating uniform under-bodies and seamless heads. Available in black (solid colour that does not fade with use) and in natural white which can be easily coloured using a permanent marker. This is the strongest thread in the catalogue and it is recommended to use it when you need to combine exceptional strength with the need to fill spaces quickly without using many thread wraps. The use of cyanoacrylate glue is recommended after a few steps to seal the assembly as the turns are very slippery due to the characteristics of the polymer with which the thread is manufactured. • 65 metre spool • 280 denier • 10 kg breaking strain. • Use of a spool with a ceramic tip is recommended.
