Power Thread Small made from technical polymer with an extremely high breaking load compared to its diameter. Up to ten times higher than that of steel of the same diameter. It is suitable for mounting flies that require a very strong but thin thread. Versatile thread that covers a wide range of uses, from smooth and uniform under-bodies to the tying of difficult materials such as elk and deer hair, including the ability to split it to form dubbing loops without having to double the thread. Available in black (a solid color that does not fade with use) and natural white which can easily be colored with a waterproof permanent marker. Its size allows for the tying of under-bodies on medium-sized hooks and small streamers. • 100 meter reel • 50 deniers • Breaking effort of 2.20 kg • Recommended for hooks from #8 to #18 • The use of a reel with a ceramic tip is recommended.
