Micro Power Thread made from technical polymer with an extremely high breaking strain compared to its diameter. Up to ten times higher than that of steel of the same diameter. It is suitable for fly-tying requiring a very strong but thin thread. Versatile thread that covers a wide range of uses, from creating smooth, uniform underbodies to attaching difficult hairs such as those of moose and deer, as well as the possibility of splitting it to create dubbing loops without doubling the thread. Available in black (a solid colour that does not fade with use) and in natural white, which can be easily coloured using a permanent marker. It is a universal thread that offers great strength and the perfect size for creating many types of dry flies and nymphs in medium to small hook sizes. • 100 metre spool • 25 denier • Breaking strain of 1.10 kg. • Recommended for hook sizes #16 to #22 • The use of a spool with a ceramic tip is recommended.
