The Commandeur® is the fruit of our meeting with Philippe Perotti, a knife that combines form and functionality for unparalleled versatility. This knife is designed to offer exceptional and enduring cutting power in all situations. Made from 3.00mm thick Alenox® steel, it is extremely resistant to corrosion, with a minimum chromium content of 18%.
Thanks to its carefully studied design, the Commandeur® offers a comfortable and secure grip, allowing for precise and effective use. Its precisely sharpened blade ensures optimum cutting performance, whether for light tasks or more demanding work.
