The V-Sharp A4 Elite sharpener is the only knife sharpener that permanently maintains the same angle on both sides of the knife. Thanks to the constant angle, a uniform sharpening of the knife. The 4 different angles allow for different types of sharpness:

15 ° for Japanese knives - 20 ° for fillet knife, paring knife or razor (blades that need to be often sharpened - > very sharp, do not last long) - 25 ° for kitchen knives, hunting knives, pocket knives (blades that need to be less sharpened - > Good sharp, lasts longer) - 30 ° for cleaver, survival knives or blades for wood, cardboards, ropes (blades that need to be very seldom sharpened - > FE, lasts very long ).
