This knife is forged from a single piece of stainless steel to ensure excellent strength. This alloy offers good sharpness and optimal resistance to corrosion. The handle of the knife is made from the same piece of stainless steel to allow for maximum balance to facilitate their use and for safe work. The handle is made of synthetic resin and is perfectly attached to the metal with 3 rivets for better resistance and a flawless finish.
This knife is in compliance with all professional hygiene standards. Dishwasher safe.
