Principe Neutraliser le système nerveux afin d'éviter toute douleur à l'animal et sublimer la chair du poisson.
L'outil idéal pour paralyser le corps du poisson , le garder le plus frais possible et plus longtemps. Cela évite à la chair du poisson de durcir. De Plus, cette technique permet d'éviter au poisson d'agoniser.
Avant de paralyser le poisson, veuillez couper les branchies pour drainer le sang. Le sang ne sortira pas une fois le corps paralysé.
Piquez l'aiguille au milieu des yeux, un peu plus haut, à 30 degrés au-dessus du niveau, et le corps du poisson se contractera.
Insérez ensuite un fil dans dans l'aiguille, le corps se contractera et cessera de bouger. Mettez le poisson dans de l'eau glacée et la chair restera fraîche.

Cancellation
Any termination of the T&Cs between the Seller and the customer will result in the termination of the UGCs between Alma and the customer.
