Wishbone rig setup for crab fishing. 2 forged, reversed black nickel spoon hooks, mounted on fluorocarbon. The Flashmer wishbone crab mounted hooks have been specifically designed for the finest fishing of gilthead bream and other sparidae (bream, grey bream, red mullet, etc.) Ready to use, simply attach the loop to the swivel of a sliding rig (e.g.: hollow olive / bead / clip with a rolling swivel). The wishbone rig is made of a 200cm leader that provides great discretion and allows a perfect presentation of the crab. It is made with fluorocarbon (abrasion resistance, discretion). It ends with two small adjacent snoods, each with a super sharp round spoon hook. These hooks will be positioned at the back and on each side of the crab for optimal gilthead bream hooking. These are Mutu type round hooks which are specially suited for sparidae fishing. They are forged super sharp to resist the powerful jaws of gilthead bream, yet they remain ultra sharp (needle point). These are treated with black nickel for maximum stealth against the legendary wariness of sparidae. The diameters of these leaders and the small sizes of the hooks used make them perfect for finesse fishing in Atlantic waters (clear waters, areas of low depth, etc.) as well as for fishing in the Mediterranean. 200 cm fluorocarbon leader (abrasion resistance, discretion) Round mutu type hooks, ultra sharp and with a spoon (special for sparidae) Wishbone rig (2 hooks) Pack of 4 (X2 hooks)
