While large barracudas are among the fiercest predators of the oceans, small barracudas are a choice dish for many other predatory fish such as snappers, bluefish, amberjack, kingfish, groupers, and even cannibalistic large barracudas. The Savage Barra Jerk features a sophisticated weight transfer system with tungsten steel balls and fixed weights at key positions. It casts far, glides long in flight, and its swim is perfect. The solid reinforced body resists all teeth while the bib gives the lure a powerful, very realistic swim. Ultra-slow retrieval, ultra-fast, jerking... everything suits it. With a wide range of highly studied colors, in two sinking and floating versions, it's one of the most specialized lures we've ever made.
