The Karen is a hybrid swimbait made up of an interchangeable ABS head and a soft body. This combination gives it a unique and very natural swimming action that combines the undulation of a hard swimbait with a very mobile tail. It can be used in open water as well as in cluttered areas thanks to its bib that acts as an anti-weed device and allows it to bump into obstacles without snagging. Karen can also be skipped with disconcerting ease, a major advantage compared to traditional hard swimbaits when targeting big fish hidden under the foliage. Karen can be used with classic cast and retrieve or stop and go. It enables strong accelerations without detaching even at very high speed. It can also be twitched during breaks to skew and simulate an escape action to trigger reflex attacks.

It's possible to add a second triple tail for specific bass fishing thanks to an internal soft stinger. Karen is sold with a spare body, also available for independent sale. For long-term storage, O.S.P recommends detaching the tail from the head to prevent any reaction between the two materials.
